Terry, I use the capo a lot. For instance... I played All Creatures with a C fingering and a capo at the 2nd fret. Everlasting God with a G fingering with capo at the 3rd. By Thy Mercy with a C fingering at the 5th fret. Grace Greater with a D fingering... with 2 capos, one at the 1st fret and one at the 3rd upside down with the 6th string open, so as to mimic a Drop D tuning. The River, with a C fingering with capo at 5th fret.
I print the leadsheets in the real key and the chord charts in both the real key and capo friendly keys.
Would it be helpful for me to mention those kinds of things in the posts?
